  DECLARATION:  GetPixel(X, Y : Integer);

      PURPOSE:  Returns the pixel value (color) at X,Y

         UNIT:  Graph

  RESULT TYPE:  Word

 RESTRICTIONS:  Must first be in graphics mode.
